Question: Why are you only making VSKF wheel rugs right now?
Answer: After taking a hiatus from producing rugs, I've decided to come back but with a focus on VSKF wheel rugs. VSKF rugs are the highest in demand and it's easier for production purposes to just mass produce one particular wheel rug design right now rather than doing multiple like I have done in the past. Sorry if you are interested in other designs! They may come back in the future!
Question: How are the rugs made?
Answer: They are hand-tufted using a tufting gun. A needle with yarn is punched through the backing material of the rug in the form of a loop back and forth. Once completed, an adhesive is laid on the back lining to keep the yarn intact. An anti-slip layer is then glued on the back and then laid out in the sun to dry. To finish it up, the edges and surface are trimmed for a clean look.
Question: Why are the rugs so expensive?
Answer: Our rugs are competitively priced and very affordable compared to our competitors. The price is justified by it's high quality and the level of craftsmanship that goes into every single rug. Each rug requires many hours of hard work put into it. Trust us, you won't find this level of quality for a handmade rug at our price point anywhere else!
Question: Why is rug international shipping (Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America) so high?
Answer: Unfortunately, high international shipping costs are out of our control. Our rugs and shipping box required are large and heavy. However, we have partnered up with a local Canadian e-commerce shipping solution, Stallion Express, to reduce our international shipping costs as much as possible. We currently ship internationally using APC Priority Worldwide Tracked and PostNL International Packet Tracked. We are constantly looking for cheaper & reliable international shipping solution for you guys!
Question: What shipping couriers do you use for North American orders?
Answer: We ship to the United States primarily using USPS. For Canada, we typically use Purolator or Canada Post.
Question: Do you offer local pickup?
Answer: Yes, local pickup is available in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Once the order is placed, we will reach out to you to schedule a pickup time. Upon pickup, we require you to show us proof of order.
Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel or modify the contents of your order once it is confirmed and shipped out. However, you may modify/cancel your order up until the point your order has been shipped.
Question: I ordered a rug but want to switch it for a different design.
Answer: Order contents may be canceled or changed up until the point of shipment. If your order hasn't shipped, please e-mail us your full name and order number immediately. Depending on stock levels, we can change your order.
Question: Can you make a rug of "x" wheel?
Answer: We do take requests but cannot guarantee each request will be made. Wheel designs are chosen based on overall demand.
Question: Do you do custom rugs?
Answer: Right now, we don't offer custom rug services.
